SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY

EthoSwitch LLC has a satisfaction guaranteed policy! You may return items sold by www.ethoswitch.com within 30-days of delivery for a full refund by the same method in which payment was received. We do not reimburse shipping expenses. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to refund items after 30 days unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In addition, we can only issue partial refunds for the return of any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged due to neglect or has missing parts.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY POLICY

EthoSwitch LLC has a manufacturer's warranty on all of our products for up to 5-years from the date of purchase. You may return defective items sold by www.ethoswitch.com for an exchange with a new product. We do not reimburse shipping expenses. We also will not be able to refund the purchase price after 30 days unless we are out of stock of the item being returned and cannot replace it. Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless you received is defective. In addition, we will not be able to perform an exchange if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged due to neglect or has missing parts.

REFUND POLICY

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by EthoSwitch LLC. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

To return a product, please fill out the RMA Form. below or email us the return details. Return the RMA form via fax at 732-749-3598 or email at sales@ethoswitch.com We will issue you a RMA Number and email it to you. Place the RMA form on the package and also write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
