Welcome to our e-commerce store presented to you by EthoSwitch LLC. www.ethoswitch.com and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. Product purchases from this e-commerce site is subject to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
All EthoSwitch products sold at this website have a 30-day money back guarantee and a 5-year manufacturer's replacement warranty. Products that are damaged or modified are not covered by this warranty.
RETURNS POLICY
EthoSwitch has a satisfaction guaranteed policy! You may return items sold by www.ethoswith.com and its affiliates within 30 days of delivery for a full refund by the same method in which payment was received. Wholesale or custom orders are non-returnable unless defective or specified otherwise. We do not reimburse shipping expenses. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In addition, we can only issue partial refunds for the return of any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts.
REFUND POLICY
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by EthoSwitch LLC. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return.
SHIPPING POLICY
EthoSwitch provides same day shipping or next day shipping in some circumstances on all our products World-wide in most cases. Given availability of items ordered, domestic orders with free shipping are normally shipped the next business day. Given availability of items ordered, express orders are shipped the same business day. Large quantities or custom orders may take longer and customer will be notified of ETA. Optional shipping costs are not refundable once service is rendered.
EXPRESS SHIPPING GUARANTEE
EthoSwitch has an express shipping guarantee. We will ship an express order the same day unless we are out of stock or there is an uncontrollable issue affecting the shipment of the order. In such a case the customer shall be contacted immediately. We only guarantee we get the order the proper logistics carrier. Once the package is handed to FEDEX, UPS, USPS or DHL on time it is up to them to deliver the package to the customer using their delivery methods. FEDEX and UPS do not guarantee their services as they had in the past. We will not be held responsible for delays caused by these carriers due to weather, error or other reason for delay. Upon determination that a credit or refund is required, EthoSwitch will issue a credit in the same method paid. We can also ship the package the next business day using the same method of shipment originally selected with the customer's approval.

DISPUTES
We participate in the Better Business Bureau's BBBOnLine Program. This means that we have committed to cooperating with BBB efforts to resolve disputes that may arise under this contract through BBB arbitration. Upon your request, we will agree to participate in a BBB dispute resolution process to resolve these disputes. There are limits as to the kinds of claims that the BBB will handle -- please call the BBB for more information.
If disputes do not qualify for BBB arbitration, you shall agree that the laws of the state of New Jersey and/or New York, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and EthoSwitch LLC or its associates.
